gym or in your own home (available in the North London & City areas by arrangement).
My belief is that through keeping fit and obtaining/maintaining good health your general way of life is richer in all aspects.
With a back ground in Kung Fu, as well as various other martial arts, and a love for plyometric training, I am always learning new training methods/skills and developing myself;
enabling me to be the best personal trainer I can be for my clients.
